Description

Immunogensynthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminal of human urocortin (amino acids 25-40 with N-terminally added lysine) conjugated to KLH. The immunogen sequence (human) corresponds to pro-urocortin (amino acids 105-120) and is identical in rat urocortin.
SpecificityThe antibody is evaluated for activity and specificity by radioimmunoassay (RIA) and immunohistochemistry. The antibody does not cross-react with human or rat CRF (6-33), sheep CRF, PACAP38, human ACTH, human ACTH (18-39), and sauvagine.
